Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of LKChats, a service operated by LKTech. By using LKChats, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

LKChats provides WhatsApp automation tools, AI-assisted customer messaging, lead tracking, follow-up tooling, and account administration features for registered businesses.

2. Account and Access

  • You must provide accurate registration and business information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and access tokens.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spam usage.
  • No attempt to compromise the platform, data, or service integrity.
  • Use must comply with Meta/WhatsApp platform policies and local regulations.

4. AI and Message Content

AI-generated responses are automated and may not always be accurate. You remain responsible for business decisions, customer commitments, and legal compliance of message content.

5. Pricing, Credits, and Billing

  • Plans, credit balances, and usage limits are managed in your dashboard.
  • Platform usage may be restricted if trial/credits are exhausted based on your plan rules.
  • Fees and credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, pricing, or technical integrations as needed.

7. Third-Party Services

LKChats relies on third-party providers (including Meta and AI providers). Outages, policy changes, or provider-side limits may affect service behavior.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, security risks, abuse, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LKTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Governing Terms

These Terms apply as published on this page and may be updated periodically. Continued use of LKChats after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
